The Margaret Bourke-White Photographs, ca. 1928, consist of 16 views of the buildings and grounds of Glenallen, the estate of Elisabeth Severance Allen Prentiss, who lived there with her first husband, Dr. Dudley Allen and her second husband, Francis F. Prentiss. It was located at 3505 Mayfield Road, Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The photographs are mounted on thin board stock and are signed by Bourke-White.

Among her many achievements, she was the first foreign photographer allowed to take pictures in the USSR of Soviet industry, the first female war correspondent, and the first female photographer for Life magazine, where her photograph appeared on the first cover.
